When contacting us via email clearly state your query in the subject header and provide as much detail as possible (we aim to respond within 7 days for UK queries and within 10 days for worldwide queries). All phone calls will be charged at 8p per minute and agents will be available Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 6.00pm GMT/BST
